Since 2008, I've been serving our community with massage therapy, and constantly expanding my training to include many forms of osteopathic bodywork, acupressure, and energy healing. Whatever you have going on, I'm happy to help.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy
A Soft Touch for a Balanced Nervous System
Decompress your cranial bones, and see what kind of healing follows. This unique osteopathic treatment is often just the thing to address difficulties from head injuries, anxiety, headaches, tinnitus, chronic ear infections, sinus problems, TMJ disorder and other jaw pain, pelvic and tailbone problems, and to generally boost your body's ability to respond to challenges and feel greater well-being. It's exceptionally gentle, and yet often more effective than deep tissue massage for changing the root nervous system patterns that hold on to tension in muscles, connective tissue and bones.
I typically combine cranio-sacral work with complementary osteopathic techniques like Zero Balancing and Polarity Therapy, as well as Reiki and acupressure.
This is a particularly nice option for people who find massage uncomfortable, or who would rather keep their clothes on, although it also combines beautifully with massage.

Imagine massage with all its lovely variety - soft, looping touch that lulls you half to sleep, deep tissue that unlocks a stiff joint, kneading into a shoulder that decided it needed to be a brick for some reason, until it changes its mind - and then also that massage brought a toolbox. And a magic wand. Plus the infrared-heated table is warm on its own, because even the table has your back. That's integrative massage.
This is massage in multiple dimensions: of the muscles and connective tissue, of the feedback loop patterns in the nervous system, and of the most subtle energy field of the mind-body. All sessions include Reiki energy healing, and can also include Cranio-sacral therapy, Polarity, Zero Balancing, acupressure, and other energy work.
My aim is to create a session that not only feels wonderful and relaxing at the time, but also leaves you with changes that last.
